Meet the Owner/Driver......Richard Dziak 
Welcome to FormulaRacingLtd.com. Richard Dziak is the owner/driver of Formula Racing Ltd., LLC. He is the "Team Pan Am" club racing chairperson for his SCCA region. "Team Pan Am" has 9 SCCA Club racers. The website provides a racing history of Richard Dziak of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Richard's personal motto to racing has always been safety first, having fun and being competitive. Richard is not the fastest driver on the track, but is consistent with his racing. With over 50+ races, he has never recorded a DNF (did not finish). Richard started racing in 2003 after spending an evening watching the SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) National Runoffs on SpeedTV. After enjoying the championship races, Richard saw that many of the entries and racers were older men involved in racing as a second occupation or serious hobby. After doing some research and speaking to several different racers across the country, Richard enrolled in the Derek Daly school for formula racing. The Derek Daly's school (now Mario Andretti Racing School) is located in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Las Vegas International Speedway complex. Richard flew to Las Vegas and spent 4 days in the formula driving school, which included classroom and on track education, and driving. Placed in a open wheel open cockpit F2000 formula car for the first time ever Richard completed the course, and graduated with an SCCA Regional License. After returning home from Las Vegas, Richard started his search to buy a Formula style open wheel, open cockpit race car.

After a few months, Richard bought a Formula Ford F1600 race car from a dentist located in Lakewood, Colorado. With the assistance of a friend and long time racing fan, Tony Marsh, Richard and Tony drove to Albuquerque, New Mexico to meet the seller and transport the car back to Las Cruces, New Mexico. Richard Dziak then started building this racing history. Richard is married to Mary Finch Dziak, his faithful supporter and crew chief.

Professionally, Richard Dziak is a Financial Advisor....Vice President - Investment Officer with 28 years of experience in the securities industry. He is currently employed with a major financial services brokerage firm in the Las Cruces, New Mexico branch office. He has been a resident of Las Cruces for 37 years. He works extensively in Estate Planning, Retirement Plans, Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds. He attended the University of Dubuque, Dubuque, Iowa and was named to Marquis's Who's Who in Finance and Industry. He is listed in Lexington's Who's Who of Business, listed as an Outstanding Young Man of America. He is a past member of the Board of Directors-NMSU Foundation Investment Committee, and is active in community affairs. Richard instructed at the Dona Ana Branch Community College, and was the past voice of the 1450 KOBE AM market reports for 18 years. He strives for Outstanding Service to his clients. Additionally my last name is pronounced ZAK.
